		Accessing the Solution (Mobile Application) Requires a where.com developer account While not publicly available at the time of this posting, the AEN Mobile Edition can be privately accessed by adding the following widget to a WHERE developer account: Short Name: Emergency Bulletins URL: http://poicruiser.com/where/aen/aen_jin.aspx Web Icon: http://www.aen911.com/beta/where/aen_50x50.png Mobile Icon: http://www.aen911.com/beta/where/aen_22x22_b.png Once added, launch WHERE on the mobile device and select “Emergency Bulletins” from the list of widgets. The application is easily navigated using directional arrows and soft keys.   1) Commercial (left) - Will your phone locate you? Nothing playing?
